Terms of Business and your right to cancel and return products

The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt. You must notify us IN WRITING by letter, fax or email, and you must returned the goods unopened and unused at your own expense. We will then refund, within 30 days, the original purchase price of the product in question, plus any postage and packing costs that applied to the original order. 

Privacy
Your Privacy is guaranteed. We will not pass on or sell your details to any third party, but we may email you from time to time if you opt to join our email list. 

Postage
International orders are charged according to weight.  The minimum cost for orders to the US and Canada is $5.00. The shopping basket will calculate postage for all international situations.

FDA Advice
Customers in the US and Canada must be aware of the FDA policies relating to the marketing and importation of eyebrow and eyelash dyes containing Hydrogen Peroxide, coal tar or coal tar derivatives. Swiss 'o' Par uses a totally new technology and does not contain these substances. It is totally safe if used as directed and meets all European Safety Standards.
